Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

During this period of uncertainty, and in response to the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Scanna’s first priority is the health and welfare of all those involved with our products and services, including our staff, suppliers, distributors and customers.

We are continually reviewing the disruption to our day to day activities and ensuring that we meet all government recommendations for the #Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

This includes contingency plans and procedures to provide continued equipment supply and technical support services.

We have sourced technology to keep in touch with staff working from home and to ensure that our technical support remains fully operational.

We are continuing to monitor all of our supply line and delivery timescales to ensure that our services continue as required and our manufacturing and logistics facilities can remain open as long as possible.

Our field service engineers continue to work and are following Government advice and customer on-site recommendations for health and safety for both themselves and the people they come into contact with.

Should Government directives change customers are likely to experience delays to repairs and possible re-scheduling of routine preventative maintenance.

Please excuse these delays as we do our part to support the most critical needs first.
